  All the staff where really helpful and spoke very good english. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic have no complaints about this hotel was so ever.

  La falta de aire acondicionado, en los dias en los que estuve, con la temperatura de la ciudad, posiblemente por la orientacion de la habitacion, sobre todo en la mañana, la sensación de calor. llegó a ser agobiante.

  Está muy céntrico, cerca del zoo, del europa Center y con la parada del autobús 100. Muy cómodo para moverse por Berlín. It's a well center Hotel. It's really near of the Zoo, the Europa Center and the bus stop of num 100 is in front of the door. Really confortable to move all around the center of Berlin.
