  We enjoyed every day of our holiday at palmasol hotel because everything was perfect we would certainly stop there again plenty of bars especially Carlos bar and Rajas restaurant across the road can't wait for next holiday.

  LA RECIENTE APERTURA DEL HOTEL HIZO QUE MUCHAS DE SUS INSTALACIONES NO ESTUVIERAN OPERATIVAS Y EL PRINCIPAL MOTIVO DE LA CONTRATACION DE ESTE HOTEL FUE LA PISCINA CLIMATIZADA QUE TAMPOCO ESTABA OPERATIVA.TODO ESTO UNIDO A OTROS MUCHOS INCONVENIENTES HICIERON DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA MÁS QUE UN DESCANSO UNA ODISEA

  El hotel es feo, feo y refeo, lo mas feo que se pueda uno imaginar, no ha debido cambiar desde los 70

  Esta muy centrico de las zonas de ocio, la playa esta bastante lejos, con escalinata infinita a medio camino incluida.

  Hotel was seemingly overbooked. At check-in they wanted to give us a suite for 4 adults. The suite consisted of two beds, one child's bed and a couch! We had booked 2 rooms, incl. 2 bathrooms, not one, etc. Finally, after an hour's debate and call to director we received a second room. All in all not a great experience and not to be reocmmended.   Small bathroom with sink almost on top of the toilet.

  We arrived at the hotel having spent over an hour trying to find it,( as although it was clearly signposted on main road once you moved to lower road there were no further signs and difficult to find ) only to be told they did not have our booking and there were no rooms available....even though receptionist had my paperwork and could see I hsd booked hotel back in Feb 08. After being sent to another hotel where we were again advised that they din not have room for all our party we were eventually located at a hotel 2 hours later...it was not the best start to our holiday especially travelling with a very hot and grumpy 2 yr old!I would not book my hotel through this service again as it certainly ruined the start of our hols and we lost an afternoon by the time we got a room sorted which was intended to be pool time for the children.

  We actually did not stay in Palmasol,was told overbooked,sent to Elay Hotel it was quite near so was not a problem.The hotel was reall good,great pool area,everywhere clean,great rooms,air conditioned
