  Great location,had a city view ,room was a good size actually bigger than my sisters and her husband who had a room with a sea view ,my bathroom was also larger with more space around the sink area ,no bath . The breakfast was fantastic .lots of choice hot and cold .The staff were all lovely ,Didn't think it was particularly expensive either in the bar area . I would definitely recommend it x

  Baños de las habitaciones viejos y sucios, no cambian toallas ni sabanas en toda la estancia de los huéspedes, si pides que suban comida o bebida a la habitación, tardan hasta dos días en retirar de la habitación la bandeja del servicio, las cortinas opacas de las ventanas están rotas, y las maquinas (cinta, elíptica, bicicleta etc.) del gimnasio no funciona ninguna, dando la explicación que se estropearon el dia que llegas al hotel, en definitiva un desastre.

  Booked for a weekend trip with colleagues. Clean and tidy facilities. Pool area well maintained. Restaurant food value for money. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Staff efficient.

  We had paid for 2 twin rooms with sea view & Cathedral view. When we checked in these room types were apparently not available. After much juggling around the reception staff managed to get us into 2 rooms down the side of the hotel facing the Mirador hotel next door! There was no real form of apology or compromise. Don't expect the room that you pay for.

  Por qué las duchas siempre tienen que estar sucias de cal? Por qué las duchas casi nunca funcionan correctamente, y muchos agujeros estan tapados?
