El personal es muy amable y atento.

No tiene parking, te indican que aparques en los alrededores. Cuidado porque hay mercadillo los sabados y se lleva la grua los coches en varias calles (nadie avisa de esto). Han reformado hace poco pero se sigue notando mucho que es un edificio antiguo, tanto en las instalaciones como en habitaciones.

Del hotel no hay opionion negativa; Es Hotelopia la que no fue flexible en el momento de necesitar en el ultimo momento un cambio en la reserva que pasaba de tres a cuatro personas y solo nos ofreción una habiación doble uso individual. Al final la personas se fue a casa de unos amigos y no contrato este hotel ni a hotelopia como agenciaante la falta de respuesta positivoa de Hotelopia a lo que se les solicitaba,

Very dirty carpet in the corridor outside our room - needs changing immediately! More staff needed pool bar area. Grab handles required for bath/shower.

Lovely hotel in ideal location to visit the Marina at Puerto Banus. Cannot fault the hotel. Group of 4 visiting to celebrate special birthdays. Allocated inconnecting rooms which was perfect. Hotel is spot less

Excellent hotel, lovely pool area outside and the spa area is also very nice. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice. Bar tenders gave excellent service both in the bar and round the pool.

Tengo reservada una habitación superior y me encuentro que me dan una en la primera planta con vistas a las placas solares y las pantallas parabólicas. Tras hacer la consulta en recepción me indican que no hay otras habitaciones libres y que entiende mi molestia pues son las peores en cuanto a vistas. Tenia solicitada a ser posible cama de matrimonio y tampoco se me pudo ofrecer. La limpieza de la habitación se realiza a las 2 de la tarde ( estando disponible desde las 10,30 h) y no se reponen ni el gel ni champu ni papel higiénico.

very pleased, as good as when I stayed there 20 years ago. There were 3 guests & at check in they advised us we had been upgraded to a suite which was a lovely gesture. I could not get the safe to work (my own fault) & the hotel sent someone up straight away & it was the same when our hairdryer packed up the maintenance man came & fixed it immediately - absolute first class guest relations. I have travelled alot as I am in the travel industry & this is by far better than many 5 star hotels. We will definately return.

A 5-10 mins walk to Puerto Banus harbour & a fantastic 1 hr walk to Marbella along the coastline, good bus station at Marbella & a further 40 - 60 mis to Cala Honda & Fuengirola

Teníamos media pensión, un día quisimos comer en vez de cenar y nos dijeron que estaba lleno y desde nuestra habitación veíamos la terraza del comedor y estaba vacía, fue un detalle muy feo que tendremos en cta.
