  Hotel situado en una zona perfecta, a 10 o 15 min andando de la plaza Dam, junto al mercado de las flores, a 10 min andando del Riskmuseum. Está en una plaza rodeada de bares y restaurantes, con mucho encanto y buen ambiente. El personal es muy amable y se ofrecen a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesites. Recomendaria este hotel a cualquier amigo que viaje a Amsterdam y si yo volviese me alojaria denuevo en este hotel

  Had a lovely stay here. Room was nice, comfy bed, perfect location and was at the front of the hotel and was never bothered by noise

  On leaving the hotel the reception lady told us we took 3 items from the bar, when we took 2 cans of soft drinks and paid the reception man before taking the cans. The repction lady rudely refused to believed us and insisted we paid 8 Euro, badcially charging us 12euro for two cans of soft drink. She also refused to let me speak to her manager. She was rude and ruined my plan of returning to this hotel.

  Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Centralt läge, nära/gångavstånd till mycket inom centrum. Mycket fräscht rum för att vara 2 stjärnigt. Massor av goda restauranger i närheten samt shopping.

  Habitación super pequeña. Agobiante para estar 3 noches. No tenia ni mesillas y la cama estaba pegada a la pared. Uno de los dias no hicieron ni la cama ni la limpieza de la habitación .

  Professional and courteous staff. Simple 'no-frills' hotel. - The room I stayed in wasn't luxurious in any ...but that's not the point... it was perfect for what we wanted. Would definately stay at this hotel again on future trips to Amsterdam.

  NO hay ascensor, al servicio de habitaciones nulo, no nos icieron las cama durante dos dias,el desayuno era caro y malo.

  Very friendly staff. Room was very small but functional and cleaned every day. The location is excellent - though you may want ear plugs as it is very noisy all night.
