Good location. Right by canals and tram stops, good transport links. Free tea and coffee from 7am-12pm in reception.

Got to the hotel to find out check in was 3pm but the room wasn’t going to be ready on time because they had been ‘running behind’. Was given a twin room instead of a double. The room on the websites look COMPLETELY different to it in real life. There were damp and mould all over the walls and some on the ceiling in the bathroom. Wardrobe was dirty with dust and broken shelves. Paid extra for a late check out at 12pm only for a rude man on reception to ring the room and ask if I know that check out is 11am and telling me it’s 11:45 and we’ve still not vacated the room to be cleaned only to tell him we paid for a later check out. Where is the communication between reception staff after checking in less than 12 hours ago? Had high hopes for this hotel with it being a birthday present for my partner and was hugely disappointed. If it wasn’t just a place to put our heads down after exploring all day then I would be gutted to waste my money on this hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Muy bien situado, a un paso de todo. No hace falta transporte publico para nada porque se va andando perfectamente a todos lados. La habitación está renovada y el baño también. Lo necesario para dormir. Es difícil encontrar hotel con baño en la habitación en el centro de Amsterdam, a precio asequible.

Habitaciones pequeñas y sin ascensor, como la mayoría de hotels céntricos de Amsterdam. Si vas más de un fin de semana, es pequeño. Las escaleras, como en todos los hoteles que están en edificios antiguos del centro de ésta ciudad, son muy empinadas y estrechas, lo que dificulta subir las maletas. Pero como digo, todos los edificios antiguos del centro son así.

HABITACIONES MUCHO MAS PEQUEÑAS DE LO QUE SE APRECIA EN LAS FOTOS, HORA DE ENTRADA A LAS 15:00 MUY TARDE Y HORA DE SALIDA A LAS 11:00 MUY PRONTO. NO TIENE ASCENSOR Y SON MUCHAS ESCALERAS, PERO ESTO ES ALGO HABITUAL EN AMSTERDAM.

chambre et salle de bain minuscules. On prend une douche on a les pieds dans l'eau, difficile après de prendre le sèche cheveux ! Dans la chambre on ne peut faire que le tour du lit quand on rentre ! vieux ventilo dans l'angle maintenu par le lit ! murs et rideaux sales, salle de bain avec douche sale, ne pas regarder dans les recoins !

Es un buen lugar, está bien ubicado y el tranvía pasa a pocos metros del hotel. La atención es muy buena, la habitación es agradable y el desayuno muy bueno.
