    Zentrale Lage

    Ein elektronisches Gerät (Klimaanlage oder Heizung) macht im Zimmer alle 15-20 min. Lärm.

    sehr gute Lage

    Klimaanlage funktionierte (noch) nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption macht seine Arbeit, ist aber nicht besonders freundlich.

    The hotel offered excellent value for the the price on offer. I was not expecting much, so I was not disappointed.

    There were insufficient English TV channels. BBC and CNN were the only 2 that I could locate.

    Hotel is located in an area that allows convenient access to food, entertainment, shopping and public transport.

    We had two very pleasant one night stays in this hotel. It was very suitable for our overnight stays en route to Ferteventura. It was friendly, clean, efficient and well placed to see the city of Madrid. We would certainly use it again and would also stay for longer in future.

    The breakfast left a little to be desired. Eating out is recommended! Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby.

    Very convenient for the city centre. Close to metro for airport and getting around. The bus tour of the city is convenient and worth doing to get your bearing.

    Very central and great value. Fairly impressive for the price. Very quiet for city centre.

    Single room was very small although ensuite bathroom was large. No tea making facilities!

    I spent 2 nights in this hotel and then returned to Madrid later that week. On the second visit I stayed in a 2 star Hostal which was nearly as good and much better value

    Lovely weather!

    Pleasant cleaning staff and resonable range of food at breakfast.

    The check-in staff were unsmiling and we were not made to feel particularly welcome. The hot selection at breakfast was not very warm (at 8.30, so not very late)

    Interesting streets to explore, open top bus tour excellent and walking distance of all we wanted to do ie the Prado, the Palace and the Thyssen Collection.
