Las habitaciones muy bonitas, bien arregladas con muchos detalles por ejemplo, y lo mas importante que cuidan por el medio ambiente.
El televisor no se veía nada bien y muy antiguo y las camas muy incomoda con ruedas...

llegamos a las 2,00 de la madrugada del 24 al 25 de octubre y poco pude ver, solo la cama. por la mañana desayunamos y estuvo todo muy bien. dejamos las maletas en consigna mientras dabamos una vuelta por madrid e incluso dejamos el coche en el aparcamiento sin problemas. cogimos el metro que estaba cerca y a viajar. por eso lo recomiendo. gracias

la opinión negativa es de hotelopia yo he cogido la opción de pagar en el hotel porque la pagina me lo permitía y cuando he llegado allí resulta que me lo han cobrado en la tarjeta. me parece un engaño que me diga la pagina en letras rojas que no se me cobrara en la tarjeta que es solo por seguridad y al final sea mentira.

He ido varias veces y volveré.
Personal muy amable. Haitaciones muy confortables
Desayuno escaso.
Hay un centro comercial muy amplio, y un polígono con muchas tiendas (Ikea, Leroy Merlin, Media market), ademas de estar muy bien ubicado direccion Madrid.

no tener servicio de habitaciones el fin de semana, tuvimos que bajar a por el hielo. no había ni gorrito de ducha.
- Very trendy decor. Modern and clean look about the hotel. - Great location just of the motorway. - Friendly reception staff.
- Bar services are poor. The bar is too small for business and the bar staff where never there to serve a drink. Reception had to be asked more than once to call the waiter. - Hotel services are not open all night. Asked for an iron in the evening and was advised that it would not be available until the next day. Had to remind the staff twice the next day and after that only had the iron without an ironing board sent to my room. - Waiter service at the restaurant is far too slow. Having the waiter deal with serving at the restaurant and also delivering room service is ridiculous. - The quality of the gym is very poor. The hotel should invest in a new multi gym and some free weights. The existing multi gym was broken.
