    As a party of 6, we had 3 rooms in the hotel. All rooms were excellent, clean and large. We all agreed that this hotel is the perfect location for a visit to Madrid and we would have no hesitation in returning to The HUSA PRINCESSA HOTEL. Many thanks to the very helpful Staff.

    Very happy with hotel, location, and special rate. Had a little trouble getting to sleep because of street noise. But then I am a light sleeper.

    Very good hotel, in an excellent are near the Royal Palace and right beside a metro stop so very easy to go to anywhere in the city. Room was very big, comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable too.

    Some street noise from early morning. Decor is a little out of date but this is only a minor thing. Parking is a on the expensive side if you are bringing a car. Wireless internet was available in the room but you had to pay for it, and it wasn't cheap. Have been to other cities and hotels in Spain recently and never had to pay for wireless internet in the room.

    Great location, Clean hotel and great service. We paid around 65 euros a night which is a great value for the money. The rooms are spacious and the breadfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is very central and shops, restaurants and tourist areas are all within walking distance. I was surprised with the negative reviews on this hotel maybe they improved it?

    I was in the 6th floor and I could still hear music noise from a party being held in the first floor of the hotel. The party lasted beyond midnight.

    Shopping, restaurant, double decker red bus....

    Friendly and attentive staff

    Limited english speaking channels on the TV (BBC World News/CNN) which reduces the family appeal

    Easy access to local restaurants, parks, Museums/Art Galleries. Concierge staff helpful

    Smart, clean, and reasonably priced base from which to explore the culture and sights of the city of Madrid

    A little bit distant for walking to some of the sights but all were within easy reach via the underground Metro

    Un hotel agradable en el que ya he estado en anteriores ocasiones.

    Problemas con las plazas de aparcamiento. Son pocas y al volver de madrugada al hotel puedes tener problemas como fue mi caso.
