    Useful free transfer, could operate even earlier as the proximity with Barajas has to cope with early departure flights. Nice shower with hidromassage, room with very good taste.

    Very expensive towards the overall quality. Reception staff can and should be more polite, professional and up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Some materials quite worn out and requiring maintenance - towels, shower, floors. Again expected on a 4* hotel.

    We loved the breakfast buffet.....SUPER!

    It was a pleasure to come stay @ your hotel...the shower was amazing. 100% we will stay @ your hotel should we return to Madrid in a layover.

    Es un hotel sin complicaciones, muy cerca del aeropuerto, con transfer gratuito ida y vuelta a las instalaciones aeroportuarias.

    Si ofrece el transfer al aeropuerto en su promoción, luego no puede alegar que a una hora determinada no hay sitio y hay que esperar a otro viaje posterior. Esto sucesió durante mi estancia. Si algunos elegimos este hotel precisamente por ese servicio y desde la noche anterior ya sabian que eso iba a suceder, deben cumplir con su compromiso y buscar de la forma que sea una solución, que no sea exclusivamenter esperar al siguiente viaje. O cuando menos, atender adecuadamente a los clientes que no pueden trasladarse a la hora que precisan para que no se sientan mal atendidos y abandonados.

    Amabilidad, solo la justa

    Servicio cafetería y restaurante deficiente. Platos fríos, se acaba el zumo natural de naranaja en el desayuno, se acaban los yogures y no reponen....
