Hotel Celuisma Florida Norte

Wir haben frühzeitig über das Internet gebucht und dadurch etwa den halben Listenpreis bezahlt. Insofern hatten wir ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Originalpreis ist zu teuer. Dieser Preis würde zu einem 4-Sterne-Haus passen, wir würden dem Haus 3 Sterne geben. Aber zu unserem Preis würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Gute Lage, direkt an der Metro. Man kommt auch zu Fuß in die Stadt. Hübscher Blick aus den hinteren Zimmern, wenn mal der Park am Fluß fertig ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus gewünscht und auch bekommen, da war es ruhig.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht 4-sternemäßig. Im Bad war ein gesprungenes Waschbecken, wenig Ablagefläche, Dusche in der Badewanne und keine Einhebelmischbatterie. Der Wasserdruck war mäßig.

Mehrere Parks und Grünanlagen in Sichtweite. Ansonsten ist mit der Metro alles sehr gut erreichbar.

We were given a new room when i complained about the quality of the room wer were given

the room we were given was dreadful, thsi was not 4 star. The room was small, cramped, and the third bed was a old camp bed that woas not suitable. the matteresses were saggy nd the TV was very old. Very disappointing

Helpful staff.Clean and tidy room.Good breakfast.The double glazing good and traffic noise not a problem, from the sixth floor anyway.

Excellent hotel position for walking into the city and seeing the sites.Tube station opposite.

We had very noise neibours at our fist night. Asked staff next day to change our room. They did it for us, which was very nice of them!

good location for sight seeing city, travel (opposite metro station) and food/bars in new retail/muli plex complex opposite. Very quite hotel. Rooms ok.

Bath room slightly dated. Only sky and cnn news channel in english on tv

City very close including Royal palace. Multi plex shops/bars etc opposite hotel. metro station opposite. City in walking distance.

We were made to feel very welcome by the fans of Atletico Madrid.

It's a pity that the WiFi was not working. Internet acces from the lobby computers was fine, though.

Royal palace, musuem and the Cathedral were well worth seeing.

LEFT MY CAR KEYS BEHIND IN THE ROOM SAFE. AFTER CONTACTING THE HOTEL THEY VERY KINDLY FORWARDED THEM TO ME IN THE UK.
