    Werde leider in diesem Hotel keine Nacht mehr verbringen

    Liegt im Zentrum

    Fruehstueck alles abgepackt,keine Frische und Auswahl zu erkennen, Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam genug, man wird nicht als Gast behandelt, da wird man in einer Jugendherberge besser behandelt ! In dieses Hotel muss mal wieder etwas Geld investiert werden, obwohl bei den Zimmer hat man gemerkt, das da etwas gemacht worden ist !

    Der grosse Vorteil diese Hotels liegt darin, dass es sehr zentral gelegen ist (U-Bahn, Bus etc). Innert 1 h vom Flughafen mit der Metro erreichbar. 10 min von der Plaza Mayor entfernt.

    Altes Hotel

    Sehr geeignet für Städtereisen. Insbesondere für Leute die unkompliziert sind.

    A cheap hotel in the heart of Madrid.

    The hotel lobby and stairway needs some renovation.

    I recommend a visit to the restaurant Museo del jamon, I had my breakfast and lunch there. You find all important places to visit just around the corner.

    COLCHONES MUY VIEJOS Y ESTROPEADOS, INCOMODÍSIMOS PARA DORMIR. BAÑO ANTIGUO, CON ESPEJO MUY PEQUEÑO Y MUY ALTO, Y NINGUN OTRO ESPEJO EN LA HABITACION. MUCHO RUIDO EXTERIOR E INTERIOR: TELEFONOS EN EL PASILLO PARA LAS LIMPIADORAS, Q EMPIEZAN A SONAR SOBRE LAS 8 DE LA MAÑANA, CONTINUAMENTE, Y DESPIERTAN A LOS CLIENTES. LO UNICO BUENO: EL PRECIO.

    When we arrived to the hotell we were told that there were 50 inglishmen staying there at the time and they were making a lot of noice. If we wanted we could stay but they also offered us to trasfer us to another hotel without extra costs. We decided to go to the other hotel. The other hotel was a four star hotel, with incredible breakfast (all included in our price that we paid from the beginning). They even refounded the taxi for going from one place to the other. Extremely professional and well handled.

    Staff were pleasant and helpful.

    I asked for a quiet room. We were allocated one that was fairly quiet, but the shower didn't work. We were transferred to another room, which was apallingly noisy.
