    fijne kamer, niet zo groot, vooral met 3 personen, wat krap, fijne bedden, ontbijt prima

    ik zou in juli niet meer naar dit hotel gaan omdat de airco niet werkt en het daardoor snachts veel te warm is. raam kon wel open, maar door het lawaai op straat geen aanrader.

    Not happy about them closing the bar by turning the lights off at 11pm on a Saturday evening while we and 9 other guests were still drinking. Very bad form!!

    Lovely park very close.

    Nice hotel, good food, helpful staff

    Not ideally located. Quite a stroll to Metro / Station. Locale a bit seedy. Not convenient for major tourist attractions.

    bed was comfy; bathroom large and with all necessary items (towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo)

    Could hear other guests; noise (conversations in neighbouring rooms; footsteps) was a problem, especially as the other guests were active until the small hours.

    Not much; Prado Museum within walking distance (15 min)

    very friendly staff, relaxed welcoming atmosphere. ideal base for our pre christmas break!

    jump on the metro, the city centre is a few minutes away.

    Food not served in the restaurant until after 8pm so the only option is very basic bar snacks! very disappointed. Also - impossible to get an iron sent to room - only room service laundry available at a cost

    The room would have benefitted from provision for coffee and tea-making.The (usual) custom of requiring a guarantee or pre-payment for services that had not been provided or even requested were (as usual) an unpleasant and awkward part of registration.
