Ich würde eher nicht mehr dieses Hotel benützen.

Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend

War im 4. Stock platziert. Der Lift funktionierte gerade 1 Tag lang. Mit über 70 Jahren nicht gerade eine optimale Sache. Die Prostituierten in unmittelbarer Nähe waren auch nicht gerade eine Augenweide

Tagsüber sehr freundliche Servicekraft am Empfang, abends eher weniger freundlich.

Das Frühstück war nicht der Hit.

Perfekte Lage, da Gran Via die Einkaufsstr. Madrid ist u. die Fußgängerzone in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, sowie schwule Lokalitäten ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten entfernt sind.

Our room was very simple. the window looking on the walls of the stairway, and the walls themselves are not the best for noise-blocking. So if you're planning to have a romantic week with your partner in the hotel room, it's not the best choice; however the hostel has some much better rooms as well. Otherwise, if you're planning to spend your time in the city, enjoying the short walking distance going home, I could recommend.

Clean and simple, friendly staff - if you're looking for an affordable hostel very close to the downtown area, worth to consider.

The surroundings are not the best: if you step out the hotel, turn right and you're in the downtown region. If you turn left, you're in the "red light district", prostitutes everywhere - and that part of Madrid is not recommended for tourists. If you're a girl alone, probably it's a better idea to look for a safer quarter of the city.

Visit Madrid. :) Almost all important places are within a 5-10 minutes walk, e.g. Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, etc.

Très bon prix pour un hôtel de centre ville d'une capitale europeenne.

Photos found on internet are deceiving. It is not a healthy environment and that shoud be advertised specially for people travelling with kids.

Amazing location

Too dirty!! Hair and Pubic hair all over the floor, bathroom and even inside the bed. Smell is very unpleaseant due to the lack of cleanliness. A lady does clean but withoous a vacuum cleaner, she only moves dirt from one room to another.

Everything is near by. Really good location despite all the prostitution around the hostal.
